Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ZETAMELD™, we strive to deliver top-tier cloud infrastructure, software products, creative design layouts, and digital growth campaigns. Please read our refund and cancellation policies before subscribing to or purchasing our services.

1. Hosting Services (30-Day Guarantee)

All new Cloud Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Agency Cloud plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding domain fees and setup taxes). Dedicated servers and VPS are non-refundable.

2. Domain Registration & SSL (Non-Refundable)

Under any circumstances, domain name registration, renewals, and SSL certificates are completely non-refundable once the transaction is completed. These are registered specifically in your name and cannot be undone.

3. Digital Products & Software

Software products, themes, templates, and any downloadable digital items are generally non-refundable. However, if a product is critically flawed or does not function as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Our technical team will review the issue and issue a refund if it cannot be resolved.

4. Design & Marketing Services

Custom design projects (UI/UX, branding) and marketing campaigns are non-refundable once work has commenced. A partial refund may be issued if the project is cancelled before any deliverables are provided, minus an administrative fee.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your monthly or annual subscriptions at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused time.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our billing department at business@zetameld.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to process all eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
