Zetameld Cloud Payroll is a 100% cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application developed and operated by ZETAMELD™ LLP.

Zero Physical Goods or Courier Shipment

We do not manufacture, package, warehouse, or ship physical tangible items, boxed discs, or hardware dongles. All features, deterministic payroll calculators, statutory forms, and employee self-service tools are delivered strictly through secure digital electronic transmission over the internet.

This digital delivery policy is published in accordance with the regulatory onboarding criteria established by Indian payment gateways and aggregators (including Razorpay).

2. Electronic Welcome Kit via Email

There are no shipping charges, delivery fees, packaging costs, or courier surcharges applied to any Zetameld Cloud Payroll plan. The price quoted on our pricing page and checkout summary is the exact fee for software usage (plus applicable statutory GST).

  3. Your account status in our system is flagged as "ACTIVE", granting unrestricted access to salary calculation engines.
